Why Gut Health Matters More Than You Think

Your gut is not just for digestion — it influences immunity, mood, skin, weight, and even hormones. Poor gut health can show up as bloating, acidity, constipation, loose stools, fatigue, brain fog, or frequent illness. Processed food, antibiotics, stress, and lack of sleep can disturb the gut microbiome.

To support gut health, include fiber-rich vegetables and fruits, fermented foods, enough water, and regular meals. Avoid constant snacking, excessive sugar, and late-night eating. Chewing food well and eating mindfully also make a big difference. A healthy gut improves nutrient absorption, reduces inflammation, and supports overall wellness. Healing the gut is often the first step in managing issues like PCOS, obesity, and fatty liver.
